Easy Chicken Alfredo Sauce

I Love Chicken Alfredo. I always thought it would be hard to make. That it was complicated and that you would have to buy special ingredients. Boy was I wrong. The way I make it and the ingredients I use its so simple. Even my 17 Year old son can make my Alfredo Sauce. I hope you like this recipe.

List of Ingredients:
3 to 4 Cooked Chicken Breast (I prefer to use Fried Chicken Breast but I will use Chicken I have left over from Dinner the night before. Its your preference on how to cook the chicken)
Your Favorite Pasta. ( enough to feed your family)
1/2 cups of Butter
2 cups Heavy Cream or Milk (I like using Heavy Cream the best but whole milk or 2% milk works as well)
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning (depending on your taste. I prefer to use 1/2 tsp)
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Everglades Seasoning (optional)
1 to 2 cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese or Italian 5 Cheese (I prefer the Italian 5 Cheese Blend you buy already grated and in a bag. use the cheese you like best)

Directions:

Cook your chicken however you like it. (I like fried chicken but will use left over chicken cooked anyway. You can use canned chicken as well)

Cook Pasta.

In medium sauce pan add Butter, Heave Cream or Milk and Cream Cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted. Add Minced Garlic, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, Everglades Seasoning, Salt and Pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth.

Add in cheese.

Bring it to a simmer an cook about 3 to 5 minutes or until it starts to thicken.

toss it with you Pasta and Chicken and serve.
